Volunteer Day at The Food Bank

I gotta say it felt great to volunteer today at The Yuma Community Food Bank. After we got done working, they gave us a tour and I was shocked to see how empty the freezers where and how low they were on thing likes milk and eggs. They said it is on a first come first serve basis and it was sad to see that they were out. It was most definitely an eye opening experience and I am very grateful for what they do for our community.
